Using the store
Use the store lawfully, provide accurate order information and keep your account credentials private. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s information or submit misleading reviews. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
Products, prices and orders
Read the product details and selected size, colour or pack option before ordering. Screen colours can vary. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR); review the order total and any charges at checkout. Submitting an order requests a purchase; an acknowledgement alone does not guarantee stock or dispatch. We will contact you about an unavailable item or a material pricing error before proceeding with an amended order.
Payment and delivery
Cash on delivery is available when offered at checkout; payment is collected on delivery. Any online payment option is available only when displayed at checkout. An online payment return screen alone is not confirmation of settlement. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. These policies do not remove remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Privacy and third-party services
Read our Privacy Policy for how order and account information is handled. This store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. External payment or delivery services may have their own terms; links to other sites do not make us their operator.
Content, disputes and updates
Respect the rights of the owners of product photographs, brands and site content. Contact us with a complaint so we can investigate. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. A change to these terms does not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase.
