Information used to run the shop
Checkout collects your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, selected products and order details. An account also stores account information and order history. Information you submit in reviews or support enquiries is associated with those interactions. Server and security logs can contain IP addresses, browser information and request activity.
Why information is used
We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery and returns, answer enquiries, maintain accounts, prevent misuse and retain records required for business or legal purposes. Provide only information needed for your request. Marketing preferences are separate from information needed to fulfil an order.
Payments
COD orders do not require an online card payment. If you choose an available hosted online payment method, the provider handles its payment screen. For WocPay, the store sends the order reference, amount, name, email, mobile number and billing address, and receives transaction references and payment status. Do not include card details, passwords, PINs or OTPs in order notes or support messages.
Service providers and cookies
WordPress and WooCommerce process store data. Cart, session and login cookies support shopping and account access. Hosting, payment, delivery and support providers may receive information needed to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside India.
The site also has Jetpack, Google, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat and MailPoet integrations. Depending on their configuration and whether their features load, these services may receive device, browsing, interaction or contact information for analytics, advertising or email features. Their own privacy notices describe their processing. Blocking third-party cookies or scripts in your browser can affect these features; blocking essential cookies can also affect checkout. This policy does not mean optional tracking is disabled.
Retention, access and choices
Order and support records are kept while needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes or other applicable obligations. You can view available account details in My Account and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that cannot yet be deleted. Use an unsubscribe option where provided for optional marketing.
Security and updates
No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials confidential. Updated versions of this policy will be posted on this page; changes do not remove applicable privacy rights.
