Requesting a return<\/h2>\n

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact service@navilika.com<\/a> with your order number, the item, reason for return and collection address. Where relevant, include photographs of damage or a wrong item. Please obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.<\/p>\n

Item condition<\/h2>\n

For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, with its tags, original packaging and included accessories. Return any associated free gift with the qualifying item. Any product-specific restriction must be disclosed before purchase. This does not remove rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.<\/p>\n

Return arrangements<\/h2>\n

Our team will supply the return address and confirm collection or posting instructions after approving your request. We do not charge a return fee under this policy. Do not send parcels to the product manufacturer or another store.<\/p>\n

Refunds and exchanges<\/h2>\n

After the returned item arrives, we check it and communicate the outcome. Approved prepaid refunds go to the original payment method where possible. For COD, we arrange an appropriate bank or UPI refund with you. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or online banking password.<\/p>\n

We do not currently provide direct exchanges; request a return and place a separate order if needed. Refund timing depends on inspection and the payment channel; we will communicate the expected timing when approving the refund. Contact service@navilika.com<\/a> if an approved refund has not arrived as advised.<\/p>\n

Cancellation and delivery problems<\/h2>\n

Request cancellation as soon as possible before dispatch. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch or cannot be delivered, we arrange repayment of the amount collected for that order.
